Continuity of guardianship from Ibrahim to Imam Mahdi
Mid-Sha’ban, the night of Destiny of the Ahl al-Bayt (Imams)
With the birth of God’s guardian, the best blessings will be given to the people because he is the best of the people of the earth and the existence of the best man on the earth will benefit the whole earth and its inhabitants. Imam Mahdi, the Imam of the time and the last divine proof, who is the best people of the earth in our time, He opened his eyes to the world at dawn in the middle of Sha’ban in the year 255 AH, and this blessed night, which is the birthday of His Holiness, is likely to be the night of Destiny. (The night of Destiny is a night that is better than 1000 months and the Destiny of man is determined in it, but it is not clear what night it is and a number of nights have been determined as possible night of Destiny, as it has been ordered to some destinies on this night.

The middle of Sha’ban is a blessed night that is very similar to the Night of Destiny in virtues and as it is said in the supremacy of Nights of Destiny that “because it is a night that God has committed to himself in which he will not return any request unless he asks for a sin”. In the virtue of the night of the middle of Sha’ban, the Holy Prophet of Islam said that God forgives his servants on the night of the middle of Sha’ban as much as the hair of the sheep of the Bani Kalb tribe, and this is an allusion to the abundance of those who are forgiven on that blessed night.
Another enlightening word of Imam Sadiq shows that half of Sha’ban is also the night of Destiny and one of the degrees of destiny in life. He equated this night with the Nights of Destiny and said: Just as God blessed the Prophet with the Night of Destiny, He also granted us the half of Sha’ban.
In response to a question about the virtue of the night of the middle of Sha’ban, Imam Baqir said that the most virtuous night after the night of Destiny is the night of the middle of Sha’ban, in which God bestows His bounty on His servants and forgives them with His mercy, so try to get close to God on this night, because God has sworn that he will not deny any request as long as he does not ask for something shameful or sinful.

The Holy Prophet of Islam also said to Aisha (one of his wives) on the night of the middle of Sha’ban, that in the middle of Sha’ban, the destiny is written and the sustenances are divided, and on this night God forgives his servants more than the hairs of the goats of the Bani Kalb tribe and He sends the angels down to the sky of the world and from there to the earth, and in this descent they first descend in Mecca.
The secret of matching the night of Imam Mahdi’s birthday with the night of Destiny
The perfect innocent human being – whose unique examples are the imams – is the counterpart of the holy Quran and according to the hadith of Saqlain, they cannot be separated from each other in any way. The Qur’an is the manifestation of God’s words and the perfect, innocent human being is the manifestation of His words. Just as with the revelation of the Qur’an at a certain time, that time is valued and becomes the Night of Destiny, with the manifestation of the infallible Imam and his descent from the reservoir of the Divine Unseen at a certain time, that personal capacity gains value and becomes the Night of Destiny.
Because although time and earth may have an appearance of sanctity due to their emanation from the unseen divine source; But what is the honor of time is the value of that time and what is the pride of place is the value of that place.

According to this comprehensive statement, the birth of an infallible Imam who is a comprehensive and equivalent to the Holy Qur’an, his truth and his prophethood or imamate will be like the night of Destiny. And on this basis, what is said about Hazrat Fatima Zahra and also about the birth of Imam Mahdi,, regarding the matching of the truth of those cherished personalities with the night of Destiny or the introduction of their birth as the night of Destiny, is a simile, not a determination.
As in the prayer on the night of the Prophet’s sending, it is mentioned about the flow of the Great Manifestation:
Lord, I ask you, out of respect for the Great Manifestation on this night and in this precious month and the Holy Prophet.
The traditions of the innocents also explain the unbreakable bond between the Qur’an and the imams and show the inseparability of these two truths and their rulings. The same continuity is also going on in the position of knowing Imams. The imams take help from the Quran to introduce themselves, and to make the Quran known, they speak of their own truth, because none of them can be known without the other.
Since the last guardian, Imam Mahdi,, is the essence of the virtues of imams and prophets, but also of all perfect human beings, the time of his manifestation from the reservoir of the divine unseen in the world, among other blessed days and births of divine human beings, has a special prominence, that in light of that, it is considered to be equivalent to the nights of Destiny, but also one of the possible nights of Destiny.
It seems that in our era, when the time of the guardianship of the last infallible guardian, the destinies of the world are established in stages that started from the night of his birth in the middle of Sha’ban and are confirmed one after the other during the nights of the holy month of Ramadan.
The holy day of the birth of Imam Mahdi
The Holy Qur’an considers honoring God’s signs as signs of piety of the hearts and qualities of the pious: “And whoever respects God’s rites, it is undoubtedly a sign of the piety of their hearts” (Surah Hajj, verse 32) and the cherished existence of infallible imams is one of the best verses, signs and rituals of those holy beings of God, and honoring and commemorating on the days of birth or martyrdom is an example of bowing to the rituals of God Almighty.
But in commemorating the Imams, especially the Imam of the Age (Imam Mahdi), it is a worthy thing to do, in the light of which, the country of the Imam of the Time will remain as safe from dangers as possible until the advent of His Holiness.
Some of the actions that take place in these holidays, such as preparing big cakes, beautiful lights and saying happy things, in some cases, are completely unrelated to the birth of the essence of life, in such a way that in communist China, Japan or other atheistic countries, and in illusory and baseless holidays that have no benefit from the truth, these actions are performed, while these great celebrations and auspicious days should be embellished with plans and actions that are connected with the birth of that holy day
and since one of the achievements of the advent of Imam Mahdi is the maturity of human minds and the discovery of the treasures of human understanding, in such blessed days, it is appropriate to deal with matters that ensure the growth and development of the understanding and intellect of humans and those who are waiting for him.
Where efforts are made to understand and develop the intellect, it is a good place to honor the birth of Imam Mahdi and the place of those who wait.
